Aerolase Neo Elite

The Aerolase Neo Elite is a 1064nm, 650-microsecond YAG laser, FDA approved to treat over 36 indications. The unique combination of high-power within a short pulse duration allows treatment to be performed without the use of anesthetics, skin cooling, high discomfort and risk of adverse effects commonly found with the previous generation of lasers.

Aerolase Era Elite

Facial rejuvenation is the fastest-growing procedure in the booming anti-aging market, as people seek to restore a youthful appearance through the reduction of wrinkles, removal of spots and other signs of aging skin. However, popular modalities such as microdermabrasion and non-ablative laser therapy simply can’t provide the immediate results that people often desire and chemical peels are associated with a lack of process control and risk of side effects.

The Era Elite is a new solution to this problem, providing profound results in just one skin resurfacing procedure. This device delivers erbium laser energy – a modality that has become the gold standard in resurfacing – with optimized energy parameters.

This allows the skin to cool between pulses, yielding efficient and consistent skin ablation while avoiding thermal damage to surrounding tissue. This laser allows for independent depth of ablation of shallow or deep indications (plus, a non-ablative mode) within a treatment site, as well as precision targeting of difficult contours of the nose and periocular areas.

These controlled pulses allow for full ablation of the epidermis without damaging the dermis, which eliminates pinpoint bleeding, oozing, and excessive amounts of downtime while still achieving the stunning results historically only seen with CO2 lasers.
